West Coast: 11:00 am

Mountain: 12:00 pm

Central: 1:00 pm

Eastern: 2:00 pm

Europe (England): 7:oo pm (If I am right)

Yay!!!!! Thanks to CPSS World, one of our allies, we now are in possesion of the server Arctic. This means that as our only server, I have to make the following declaration as leader.

I, LittleGuy04, leader of the Club Penguin Patriot Army and the rank of Major in the Army of Club Penguin, hereby declare the Club Penguin.com server of Arctic to be the official capitol of the Club Penguin Patriot Army, or the CPPA.

Ok, all the official stuff done, do you few peoples out there that are hanging onto my every word (lol) know what this means??? In my words,………
